Website Purchases:
DAILY WASHES and MONTHLY PASSES using the Riviera5MinuteExpress Website. The DAILY WASHES and MONTHLY PASSES are redeemable for services provided solely by Riviera5MinuteExpress (“Purchase(s)”). The Riviera5MinuteExpress Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to all Purchases and you agree to be bound by all obligations and restrictions. The Purchases may include limitations on dates, times, services, or availability indicated in the details, specific terms, or related electronic communication you receive from Riviera5MinuteExpress. You agree that all Purchases are non- refundable, unassignable, non-transferrable, and may be further limited by the Purchase transaction details.


When you purchase a DAILY WASH, you will receive a receipt and wash code via electronic communication. Once you receive your wash code or codes(if you buy multiple washes), you can visit our location and get your car wash by punching your code. You agree that you will be solely and fully responsible for any failure by you to lose, or delete your wash code and any loss or damage that you suffer by such failure. You agree that Riviera5MinuteExpress will not be responsible for any failure to adequately or sufficiently identify you, your Purchase, or the service provided by Riviera5MinuteExpress; you are solely and fully responsible to provide full, complete, and accurate information in your Purchase transaction.


When you purchase a monthly membership pass from our website, you will receive an email with your order receipt and one of our team members will send you your membership RFID tag number in the email you provided. After receiving your RFID tag number you can show that at our location and get your RFID tag for your vehicle. The following are some disclaimers you agree to accept before purchasing a monthly membership. 

  • I hereby authorize WOANNA INC. dba Riviera 5 Minute Express Wash to charge my credit card monthly. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until it is cancelled in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. I certify that I am the authorized user of this credit card and will not dispute these scheduled transactions so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in the Terms and Conditions. 
  • Monthly membership fee is processed via Electronic Funds Transfer/Recurring Credit Card. If you enroll in membership today, your monthly dues will start on today’s date. Offer is for individual membership only. Service depends on the level of membership purchased. Membership dues must be paid by pre-authorized payment. Taxes may apply. Must be at least 18 years old or older to purchase. 
  • The membership will be limited to a single vehicle only and if you want to transfer the membership to another vehicle you can reach out to us at [email protected] or (562)-695-5600. Also, you can transfer your membership to another vehicle by visiting our location and you will get another RFID tag for your new vehicle. 
  • With our unlimited memberships you can get only 1 wash per day


Validating Your Order: 

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

Website Uses and Restrictions:

Your permission to use the Riviera5MinuteExpress website is conditioned on your agreement that:

– you are at least 18 years of age; – you have read and agree to the Riviera5MinuteExpress website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and will comply with all obligations and restrictions; – you are able to, and authorized, to create a binding legal obligation; – you will use the website for your own, personal use and will not provide information about any other person or that is inaccurate and/or incomplete, use buying agents, or otherwise conduct fraudulent activities; – you will not tamper with the site.
